Missions

At UBC we take the Great Commission seriously. We believe the Church is the instrument by which Jesus reaches the lost. In our effort to make disciples of all nations, we will balance our efforts among local, regional, national, and global opportunities. Borrowing from the geographical orientations in Acts 1:8, our missions strategy seeks to make disciples:

                                                                         - locally (in Northern Kentucky)

                                                                         - regionally (in Kentucky)

                                                                         - nationally (in the United States)

                                                                         - globally (around the world)

Moore Activity Center

(M.A.C.)

For several years UBC has been partnering with the Moore Activity Center in Covington, KY. The M.A.C. is connected with South Side Baptist Church and seeks to meet the needs of the community and share Christ.  At Easter we help with an egg hunt for the kids in the neighborhood.  If you would like to participate in any of these opportunities please contact our Pastor.

Women's Missionary Union

The Women's Missionary Union of Union Baptist Church has been active in missions since the early 1900's. These mission-living ladies meet at 2:00 pm on the first Tuesday of each month. We experience wonderful fellowship as we learn, pray, and help to lead our church in hands-on ministry. We are actively involved in Operation Christmas Child, the Turfway Racetrack ministry, assisting our local schools, the Angel Tree project and so much more. Please join us in sharing God's love locally, regionally, and to the ends of the earth.
